Building Value-Driven MVP
I built more than 50 SaaS products or tools by hand before AI and continue doing this now with AI. Here is my current playbook for building new software.
Quality is a Feature
Quality code is defined by the ability to change over time. Your business always changes based on feedback, so your code must be able to change too in a stable manner. That is why tests are more critical than ever in this AI-driven development era.
AI Multiplies Structured Execution
With a good structure, AI tools allow building things at an unheard-of speed while keeping quality high. The leverage comes from guardrails, priorities, and technical discipline. I put it in place and build personal materials to train your team.
Value Driver Identification
First we get on a call for a deep dive on business value: what kind of value your business provides to the user. We define what matters enough that users would pay attention, sign up, and stay.
Confirming We Are on the Same Page
We use AI to quickly generate mocks and visualizations so we can align on what we are about to build before execution starts. The goal is clarity, not decoration.
Target to Sell
We remove from the mockup any UI detail or feature that is not a value driver. That gives you a cleaner product, an easier story to explain, and a more focused offer to sell.
Building Priorities List
We turn the concept into a practical priorities list of what must happen to bring the product to life at maximum pace while still protecting quality, stability, and security.
Keeping You in the Loop
I personally execute on priorities. I set up AI-driven development environments with guardrails and technical processes, build the MVP, and keep you updated every week on exactly what was built and what is next.
Get into the Feedback Loop
The target is to get into the market in a couple of weeks, onboard the first clients, and start learning from real usage instead of guessing.
Reduce Development Cost and Focus on the Client
I document how everything is done, create onboarding videos, and prepare the handoff material needed so future developers can take over continuous development without slowing the business down.
Payments
Weekly focus. One client at a time.
I work on a weekly basis. You pay a flat fee for the week and I focus on you that week. Prices start at $3,500 per week. Reach out to me on LinkedIn to check availability. I work with a single client at the same time to provide full focus for your business case.
What you get
-
A clear weekly priorities list tied to business value. -
Hands-on execution with AI-assisted speed and engineering guardrails. -
Regular updates on what shipped, what changed, and what comes next.
What people say
A few public notes from founders, teammates, and people I have mentored.
Over my years in technology I've seen thousands of developer resumes. I contact and interview about 10% of them and would hire 10% of the developers I interview. Luka's immediately stood out as a reliable, highly skilled and talented developer who I can lean on with complex details. Lukas delivers as promised and his thoroughness and thoughtfulness when coding gives me peace of mind to know the job will be done well. I hope to continue working with Lukas for years to come.
I had the privilege of being mentored by Lukas who is an exceptional individual with outstanding tech skills. Beyond his technical prowess, what truly set him apart was his remarkable personality. His approachability and genuine interest in helping others made the learning experience enjoyable and insightful. His guidance went beyond coding; he fostered a positive and collaborative environment. With a blend of expertise and a warm demeanor, he exemplified what it means to be an inspiring mentor. Grateful for the knowledge and camaraderie gained under his mentorship.
Just splendid experience on all aspects - from knowledge of technologies to communication. Our initial ideas were streamlined to desired final solution with consultancy afterwards.
Lukas is one of the best developers I have ever hired, he has excellent technical skills and pick up new technology very quickly. He helped me achieved goals that is challenging with his good communication skills and commitment to work! highly recommend! I am sure he will be the first developer I will contact when new work come!

Lukas was absolutely critical in delivering the front-end part of PRIX first service to customers. I worked directly with him and have nothing but good things to say. Our engineering-team were very impressed with his technical approach and code. But that's not the biggest part of being an amazing engineer. Lukas sees the bigger picture, prioritises, takes initiative, asks for clarification, thinks creatively etc etc. We hope to continue working with him for a long time yet!
